Webminds Solutions Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of Mauritius (BRN C24213150), 166 Morc VRS, Ville Noir, Mahebourg, Mauritius. Phone: +230 5505 3831. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website, within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 2017 (DPA).
2. What we collect
Information you give us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, company and project details. We also collect basic technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and working well.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and invoice our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We rely on your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, the performance of a contract, and our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business — website hosting (Railway) and email delivery (Resend) — under confidentiality and data protection commitments, or when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside Mauritius
Some of our providers store data outside Mauritius. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by the DPA.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to [24 months]. Client and accounting records are kept for as long as Mauritian tax and company law requires.
7. Your rights

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access.
